* Can I read the e-books using Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader?

Our ebooks are delivered using a different e-book reader program, eBookPro. You cannot read our books using Acrobat PDF.

* I downloaded something, but it doesn't run.

The first time you buy an eBook from our store, it is necessary to download TWO files. You must download the book itself; and you must also download the software necessary to read the eBook, called the eBookPro reader. After that, the next time you buy another book, you only need to download the single eBook itself, since you will already have the eBookPro reader installed on your system.

* Where can I find the eBookPro reader?

You can get a copy for FREE from our website. Simply follow the button to the left marked "Get your FREE e-Book Reader".

* I downloaded your book and double-clicked on it, but nothing happened.

It is necessary to not only download, but also install the eBookPro reader on your computer in order to be able to read our books. This changes the book icon to an "e".

*How do I install the eBookPro reader?

You simply double-click on the installation program Authority_Books_eBookPro_ebookviewer.exe after you download it. This runs the installer, which makes the ebook reader work on your computer.

*How can I tell whether I already have eBookPro installed on my computer or not?

Go to the Start Menu. Under All Programs, if you have an entry for eBookPro Software that then points to eBookPro Viewer 5.54 or a later version, you have successfully installed the eBookPro reader on your computer.
